Prof. Quanxin Zhu (M’13, SM’16) received the M.S. degree in probability and statistics from Hunan Normal University, Changsha, in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in probabilityand statistics from Sun Yat-sen (Zhongshan) University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005. He is currently a Professor with Hunan Normal University, distinguished professor of Hunan Province and Leading talent of scientific and technological innovation in Hunan Province, deputy director of the Key Laboratory of computing and stochastic mathematics of the Ministry of education, and director control and optimization of complex systems of Hunan Key Laboratory of colleges and Universities. He won the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation of Germany and the Highly Cited Researcher Award by Clarivate Analytics in 2018-2021. He won First prize of Hunan Natural Science Award, and the list of two percent top scientists in the world in 2020-2022. He is an associate editor of 6 international SCI journals including IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering, Application Analysis. He is the lead guest editor of several journals, and a reviewer of more than 50 other journals. He is the author or the coauthor of more than 300 journal articles. His research interests include stochastic control, stochastic systems, stochastic stability, stochastic delayed systems, Markovian jump systems, and stochastic complex networks. | ||

Lu Leng received his Ph.D degree from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, P. R. China, in 2012. He performed his postdoctoral research at Yonsei University, Seoul, South Korea, and Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, P. R. China. He was a visiting scholar at West Virginia University, USA, and Yonsei University, South Korea. Currently, he is a full professor at Nanchang Hangkong University. Prof. Leng has published more than 100 international journal and conference papers, including about 50 SCI papers and three highly cited papers. He has been granted several scholarships and funding projects, including five projects supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as a reviewer of more than 100 international journals and conferences. His research interests include computer vision, biometric template protection and biometric recognition. Prof. Leng is an outstanding representative of "Innovation Talent" of Jiangxi Enterprise in "Science and Technology China" in 2021, received "Jiangxi Youth May Fourth Medal" in 2019, "Jiangxi Hundred-Thousand-Ten-thousand Talent Project" in 2018, "Jiangxi Voyage Project" in 2014, etc. | ||
